At JOE’S, we ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Expect your delivery within 5 to 8 business days anywhere in Bangladesh, with no shipping fees.

We start processing your order within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change it, please contact our Customer Services Department right away at at JOE’Scustomerservice@beximtex.com. When your order arrives, you’ll have 5 minutes to try it on. If there’s any issue, reach out to Customer Services Department for an immediate return.

Exchange Policy

JOE’Ss exchange policy allows you to exchange any JOE’S product purchased online within 15 days of receipt, free of charge. Simply ensure the product is unused and maintain its original condition, tags, and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Services Department at joesbashundhara@gmail.comIf you opt for an exchange, return the full parcel to our online store and notify our customer service team. We’ll promptly process your request and resend the full order.

You can also exchange products at any JOE’S store.
